I guess mood swings are part of life but a constant effort should be put in to shake the comfort level to reduce the gloomy days.
The reason this post comes today(wednesday) is I am pepped up and my usual cheerful self after fighting 2 bad days.The week started really bad with an accident ,then home front and commuting was completely haywire with maid and cooks on off(how dependant we r on them..Gosh..!!!),car gone for repair,no time for workout :everything was depressing but I fought all that gloominess today morning by getting up early followed by a good 40 mins workout.I was able to reduce that time duration of low mood....!!!!
